That all persons are entitled to the best that medical science has contributed to help each individual continue his life at the maximum of his abilities; that each person admitted has available to him/her physical, mental, social, restorative, and spiritual facilities which can assist in a more speedy recovery and enrich his life.  This care center will observe Title 6 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which states:  "No person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or National origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied benefit of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program of activity receiving federal financial assistance."
